Tango drills and training in body mechanics, musicality, strengthening and stretching. Exercises for a grounded walk, stable pivots and proper disassociation. Classes are designed to condition the physical body (tone, control, ease of movement, muscle memory) and expand your body awareness (conscious movement, alignment). A friendly space for asking questions and exploring what you need to develop your dance. Classes taught by both instructors, Santiago and Deborah. 50 mins
