SINGLE TECHNIQUE CLASS – for both roles
Tango drills and training in body mechanics, musicality, strengthening and stretching. Exercises for a grounded walk, stable pivots and proper disassociation. Classes are designed to condition the physical body (tone, control, ease of movement, muscle memory) and expand your body awareness (conscious movement, alignment). A friendly space for asking questions and exploring what you need to develop your dance.

Mondays 6:30pm (Advanced Level)
Tuesdays 5:30pm (All Levels) ** Note new class time 6pm starting Jan 21
Wednesdays 6:30pm (All Levels)
Drop in can be paid directly at the door.
Also available Technique 10 Class Card good for any technique class with no expiration date.
Our tango students currently enrolled in a Level 1 or 2 Series can purchase a Technique 10 Class Card for $50
Classes are on going, you do not need to register in advance and no partner needed. We encourage students to do technique training to compliment the partner work in our other classes. There is a technique component in all of our classes however the primary focus of our partner work is communication and connection. If you are doing individual technique training you will be better able to focus on the partner work. Wear comfortable clothes and bring dance shoes as well as socks. Classes are 50 minutes.
